In my opinion, all top 5 tactical lights were swivel but there is a draw between two of these best tactical flashlights.

The OXYLED MD50 Cree 500 Lumen Bright LED is a winner simply because it is so utilitarian even at just $20. It has all the different modes with a reasonable brightness for a product this cheap.

On the other hand Fenix PD35 TAC 2015 Tactical Edition 1000 Lumen CREE LED Flashlight won for being so super fine. It has features to die for. Though priced more than the other flashlights, it is best value for every bit of money spent on it and I completely endorse it.

Yet, before making up your mind, carefully analyze all the mentioned flashlights and choose the one you feel is for your needs.
